In 2007, I tried suing the state, Nichole Andreson, for neglegenty running with false reports, and my former PO, Suzanne Dubuc, for lying in reports about what I said to her and lying in court and , I'm pretty certain, telling Kristen Place where I was going and what I was doing to avoid her.

When I was erroneously violated by Judge Brian Grearson, who thought Brian Rooney looked like a nice guy, Dubuc and Andreson had to realize it was erroneous, because Grearson messed up the facts of reality and said there was no evidence I had an awareness of the pig's presence on January 31, 2006. On February 1, 2006, I had self-reported to Dubuc what the pig and her now former boyfriend, David Ballard Jr., tried doing on January 31, 2006. She wrote a completely distorted affidavit regarding what I told her, but that showed how wrong Grearson was in his violation of me, because it was December 27, 2005 that I had no awareness of the pig's presence. The state and Dubuc had evidence to show he was wrong in his ruling. The idiot VSC also doesn't get it, and Dubuc's addendum contradicts their idiot ruling.

Instead of Dubuc and Andreson doing the right thing, Dubuc blackmailed me in March, 2007 to accept responsibility for the violation, even though she had the addendum to show how wrong Grearson was in his ruling and Andreson had me locked up when I stood against the troll's blackmail attempts.

When I filed my lawsuit against these idiots, Cassetty defended them, and he even tried countersuing me for Dubuc. He only did that to try to cause me distress on top of everything else I was dealing with.

He shouldn't have been defending them. He and Sorrell should have been investigating them, but they're really worthless and didn't do what they were elected to do.

As people may recall, the AG in South Carolina investigated a prosecutor, not defended him, during the Rutger's case for withholding evidence from the other side. This is no different than Andreson and Dubuc having Dubuc's addendum that showed Grearson was wrong and not saying a damn thing about it, and Cassetty defended this rather than doing what he was elected to do and investigate the lack of integrity of Andreson and Dubuc.

Neither Cassetty nor Sorrell care about doing what's right, or their jobs that the people elected them to do. It's too bad we can't get rid of them now, but they should not be elected next year. They are the biggest violators of civil rights in Vermont, and they should be investigated and incarcerated for not doing what the people elected them to do.

I left a message challenging those bastards and telling them to go to my site and sue me if what I'm claiming isn't true. They might not be able to get money, but they could get my site shut down, if what I'm claiming isn't true. Keep in mind, Cassetty did mention countersuing me for Dubuc, but they didn't, because then it would be up to them to prove my claims aren't true. Nobody has ever really tried suing me for the contents of my site, because then they would have their hands full trying to prove what I'm claiming isn't true.

They're psychopaths, because they're not doing the jobs they were elected to do, Cassetty only mentioned trying to countersue me to try to cause me distress, and they're defending other psychopaths. They actually encouraged psychopaths to continue their psychopathic ways, which is why the pig, Kristen Place, continues to file false reports and victimize other people. Do not reelect these tools, because they are the real criminals. It's called the "criminal" justice system, because it is run (into the ground) by "criminals" like Andreson, Dubuc, Grearson, Donnovan, and the rest I have on my site.

I've never seen what Cassetty looks like, but Sorrell looks and acts like a sleezeball, and he clearly has no ethics when he's not doing his job like the AG in SC did his job.
