On 10/17/09, my daughter admitted to me that her mother, Ashley Terjelian Meek, threatened to spank her if she didn't do things to me like hit, kick, flick, bite, give the finger, pull hair, etc. or she would get a spanking. She also admitted that Robert Meek, Mrs. Meek's slug husband, showed her how to choke and told her that if she didn't do it to me, then she would be put in time out for one hour. She also choked her younger sister after this, because she was distracting her with her homework.

I got this, among a few other things on video on 10/18/09, the last day I saw my daughter.

I was tired of these people ruining parts of my daughter, and I really hate Mr. Meek trying to control the situation when he should have nothing to do with it.

He tried changing the visitation time on me to 4:30. I told him that I would just drop off my daughter at 7:30 then, and he said, "That's not gonna happen," twice. Talk about being able to "compromise"... I told him that he had nothing to do with the situation.

I also found the mother of his 13 year old son. They both told me that he burned, cut, hit and pushed down his son for no reason, and he apparently treated the mother the same way he treats my daughter's mother: "like shit and cheats on her all the time."

My daughter also admitted to seeing the piece of shit push down Mrs. Meek, while they were living in Jericho. Their violence can also be documented through their former roommate's affidavit, and his PO's addendums.

I then told Mr. Meek that I would pick up my daughter at her school, and the mutant moron said that I couldn't because they had a restraining order on me. They don't, but this is just how much Mr. and Mrs. Meek lie.

I got tired of Mr. Meek trying to control the situation as well as learning what I learned over the weekend, and he and I almost got into a physical fight. He pushed me with his stomach twice and told me to swing numerous times, while I had my hands behind my back the entire time.

He told me to swing and to get back in the car, then he kept telling me to swing after I got back in the car and to get out of the car and swing. He's retarded for sure.

Due to my standing against the pussy and damaging his precious insecure little ego, Mrs. Meek filed one of her usual generic motions saying how I'm a "convicted child molester." That's not what I pled guilty to, but that's just part of the conspiracy so she can always use that because of her friend, Kristen Place, lying to me about her age and pursuing me.

Mrs. Meek also said other stupid things in her motion which contradict each other. She said how I don't do anything for my daughter like brush her hair, bathe her, change her clothes. In the very next sentence, Mrs. Meek said that I stared at my daughter while she got undressed.

My daughter doesn't change her clothes and sleeps in what she's wearing the entire weekend.

I might not change her clothes or bathe her, because I see no point when she told me her usual bath night was on the night I return her, and if she doesn't want to change, because of their blackmail and manipulations, then that's her choice. Does Mrs. Meek want me bathing my daughter? How could I stare at my daughter while she gets undressed when she doesn't even change clothes here?

On 10/26/09, after I hadn't seen my daughter for over one week, and calling the EPD (Corporal Hall, Lieutenant Haldewedel (sp.), Corporal Piro), and them not doing anything, I got tired of the situation and kept calling the number Mrs. Meek left on her motion.

At first, 4-5 calls, I received no answer and left a message stating that I was tired of their games with withholding my daughter from me. Mr. Meek finally got the guts to answer the phone, and I asked him where my daughter was. His response was, "Obviously not with you."

I told him that I knew that, but I wanted to know why. He wouldn't give me an answer and eventually hung up.

I tried calling back a few times with him and Mrs. Meek saying stupid things and acting like retards. Mr. Meek kept answering the phone with a foreign accent trying to act like Harold and Kumar, and when I had Mrs. Meek on the phone, I asked her where my daughter was, and she said, "Like you were told, obviously not with you."

Then Mrs. Meek started acting really stupid and said, "She's not with you..." Then she started calling my daughter's name, and I heard my daughter answer in the background and Mrs. Meek hung up. I asked her why not, and she said: "Because you're a convicted child molester."

I told her that's not what I pled guilty to, and she said, "A convicted sex offender, is that better?"

It only continues to work for her because that was part of her conspiracy with her lying friend.

Mr. Meek eventually got on the phone again and called me a "retarded, faggot mother fucker," etc. This is the same foul mouthed bs my daughter and I had to listen to on 10/18/09.

I then persuaded my mother to call these idiots, and Mr. Meek answered the phone and was trying to control the situation again. He was saying how they weren't going to bring Madison because I said I wouldn't have her back until 7:30. He was trying to sound like a scholar and saying how she was advanced for her class. Yeah, because of my genetics, not his or Mrs. Meek's genetics when neither of them graduated high school and are partially retarded, at least.

Mr. Meek can't even have anything to do with his own son, and his own son wants nothing to do with him.

Mr. Meek eventually told my mother that if we were going to do visits, then I would have to have my daughter returned by 7:00 and I told her to tell him that was fine. He also said how there were two officers there, and one of them was Corporal Piro. (They can't do anything about civil cases, which is all this arises from.)

Somewhere along the line, one of these idiots mentioned how Mrs. Meek had filed a motion and it was pending to get visits changed.

The court has told these morons numerous times that they couldn't just stop and change visits without filing a motion and having a hearing first. They want to keep skipping steps.

We ended up agreeing to being shorted a half hour for now, after they said only if I had my daughter returned by 7:00, but that negates all their previous arguments.

I called and left a message for Piro, after I learned he was there, and he told me that there wasn't anything they could do, because it wasn't a matter of law. The law sucks ass when it allows stuff like this to continue.

When he called me, I told him about a lot of this stuff, including the video I have of my daughter admitting their manipulations, and the audio of the idiot, and the corporal said they couldn't get involved. Then they can stay uninvolved when all this rises from is a civil matter.

Either way you look at it, and idiots can deny Mrs. Meek and Ms. Place know each other after everything I have, but that doesn't change the fact that my daughter is happy with me, and they just withhold her from me whenever they feel like, using lame excuses, but nothing my daughter really wants.

They don't care about my daughter's feelings.

The idiot judge currently ignoring this situation and denying every motion I have filed since at least June is Patricia Zimmerman. Is this another dimwit judge who belongs in jail instead of the ability to send people there?

For the record, I understand more about every aspect of how the system works than the police and DCF, because they keep asking me if there's more I can do, which I can't and don't understand that just because a motion is pending doesn't change the current ruling. I have many motions pending, while Mrs. Meek only has one.
