I received four moronic recommendations from DCF, none of which would stop Ashley Meek and Robert Meek from blackmailing my daughter against me. The recommendations were for me to ask for a GAL, contact my daughter's pediatrician, her counselor, and enroll in effective parenting courses, etc.

How would any of those recommendations stop Mr(s). Meek from blackmailing/threatening my daughter to do things? As long as she is there and they have complete control of her, how do any of those recommendations stop that?

I spoke with Salter about his idiot recommendations, and he was saying things like, 'Well do you enforce her positive behavior?'

Yeah, I enforce positive behavior while she's encouraged, the majority of hours in a week, to do negative things. Salter was mincing words. He told me to give my daughter consequences when she does things the Meek people tell her to do. So she's damned if she does what they say, if I give her "consequences," and she's damned if she doesn't do what they say to face timeout for one hour or a spanking.

I mentioned how he told me to 'ground my daughter' when she does things they tell her to do. He said that he didn't say that, but to give her consequences. Grounding is a consequence so that falls under what he told me to do, but he doesn't have the ability to comprehend that or other things.

Of course, this idiot recommended custody returned to Mrs. Meek in 2003, against my objections when she didn't do a damn one of his recommendations then. She did approximately 5 sessions of individual counseling and nothing else "recommended." What?

All I hear from this idiot, Salter, are did you follow my recommendations?

Well, I followed them after his moronic bs. I contacted my daughter's pediatrician. He said he couldn't make DCF act. He also said that he had contacted them about things he suggested, even for other kids, and DCF didn't do a damn thing, and he contacted DCF about things he was against, but they went against that. DCF is a worthless state agency, and your taxes should stop supporting them, and morons like Salter. The doctor also told me that DCF is state agency and he can't make them act. It sounded to me like he made reports, and DCF did nothing regarding HIS recommendations.

Do the threats magically disappear because I followed the recommendation from my daughter's pediatrician? Hell No! Salter is to slow and stupid to understand this. How do any of his recommendations stop Mr(s). Meek from blackmailing my daughter?

My daughter's pediatrician left a nice message telling me that it doesn't matter what they do. The docs have recommended things that DCF has gone against, both ways in other cases, and DCF just sits and collects a check.

Are your tax dollars worth paying a moron who doesn't comprehend anything?

Like I've said in previous postings, Salter recommended the return of custody of my daughter to her mother when she didn't do a damn one of his "recommendations" in 2003. This guy's great, isn't he?

I got him a prime video, and he still did nothing other than make my daughter less likely to say anything other than make idiot "recommendations" that still do nothing. How do any of those "recommendations" stop the Meek people from threatening my daughter to do anything against me and encouraging, teaching violent behavior? They don't.

Salter still didn't understand this and asked me if I encouraged positive behavior, nine hours a week. It doesn't matter what I do when negative behavior is being threatened on my daughter for 159 hours a week.

Like I said, the doctor told me he has made "recommendations" to DCF and this idiot regarding other cases, but they, DCF, go against them.

I have spoken with Salter on numerous occassions, and he dodges all of my questions. I asked him how any of his "recommendations" stopped the assholes from blackmailing and threatening my daughter to do things against me? He said nothing other than well did you follow my recommendations, contact her pediatrician, etc.?

Yeah, I did, and the pediatrician didn't seem to think too much for this agency hiring morons and wasting your tax dollars for nothing.

Shouldn't it be this boob's job to contact my daughter's counselor rather than leaving it to me? The courts even leave everything to me so why pay for any of it? They're all filled with corrupt idiots like Salter, Levitt, Grearson, Crawford, Andreson, Haesler, etc. so it doesn't help me at all when they're all defunct.

I name names in damaging manners, and I haven't even been sued. Why do you think that is? Because what I say about morons like John Salter are true. He is a worthless employee of a worthless state agency that's more likely to kidnap your kids than prevent emotional and psychological abuse from being threatened against their own parent.

Salter also called me while I was at the Continental Congress 2009 to ask when he could come to my house, after he had seen the video. I thought this was it, but hell no. He also had me sign release forms for my previous counselors as a result of the conspiracy between Mrs. Meek and her friend, Kristen Place. He doesn't get that people who do things like that are worthless--or maybe he does, but he is worthless as well. Psychopaths side with psychopaths.

When he called, I thought it was a sure change in custody since he wanted to come to my house. I was wrong. Why would he need to come here otherwise?

When I asked him why he needed release forms for my counselors, he said because I just started seeing my daughter "without supervision." I had been seeing my daughter "without supervision" for one year prior. Talk about an idiot who doesn't pay attention. Rebecca Alterman ignored my reports about bruises on my daughter's back over one year ago when I was seeing my daughter "without supervision." They really don't pay attention to anything--they just like the check.

Why the hell did he need to come to my house or contact my former counselors, one of whom, Gary Martin, I put in a lawsuit? Any lawsuits against me yet with all my claims?

Salter did nothing for my daughter, after viewing the video where she admitted the threats and blackmail attempts.

Stop wasting your taxes to further abuse kids. DCF DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS! Salter and my encounters are proof of that, including the message from my daughter's pediatrician. DCF has gone against his "recommendations" from the sound of his message. What good is that? What good is DCF? What good are Salter or Alterman?

They are morons paid by your taxes who don't do anything other than allow abuse and further encourage it by not doing anything about it when it's reported. Trust me when I say, neither Salter, Alterman, or any other moron in positions of authority should be in these positions.

Salter is such an idiot that he thought he had to give me, a web designer, the http://www.... for their web address. Ummm. It works with just typing in the address, but he wasn't smart enough to figure that out or figure out that I knew http://. Why keep paying morons who do nothing with your tax dollars? This guy is worthless and so is DCF from the sound of my daughter's doctor. We need to make a stand to stop paying idiots like Salter to make the wrong decisions. What's psychological maltreatment and malicious punishment? It's on DCF's website, but Salter gave me his own distorted interpretations of it.

This guy, and the majority of DCF, need fired.
