Each time I file a motion, it costs you, the taxpayers, approximately $100. Within the past month, you have given me over $1000 due to the lame system procrastinating on my situation and leaving custody in the hands of the wrong person.

Ashley had her homeless hick acquaintances e-mail me some not so nice e-mails and comments, after she had received a ruling for my lawsuit, which excused everything she has done. What's good for the goose is good for the gander, tit for tat, and I sent one of her worthless acquaintances, who had e-mailed me, a bunch of not so nice comments on August 28, 2009.

Ashley called me and told me that they had spoken with Corporal Chapman of the BPD, and she said that she didn't have to bring my daughter on August 28, 2009 if she felt she was in danger, and she felt threatened by the e-mails.

This pig wouldn't feel threatened by anything. She's a bully and a thug with a violent bipolar fuckhead. I didn't say anything that would reveal me to be a threat to Ms. Piggy, let alone my own daughter. I told her hick acquaintance that she should go off herself (no different than what they said to me), and to stop being a bad influence in my daughter's life and manipulating her. I went a little overboard in the comments, but as I have been told by the courts anytime I tried for relief, e-mails cannot be viewed by a reasonable person as threats.

The comments certainly didn't reveal me to be a threat or danger to my daughter, but Mrs. Meek said she could withhold my daughter from me, because of them.

If this was the case, then after I received their comments, I could have withheld my daughter from Ashley since she's hanging out with fuckheads who want me dead, and my daughter is all that's keeping me around. I did ask my daughter how it would make her feel if I wasn't around, and she said, "Not very good."

These "people": Jennifer Robinson and Helena M don't care about anything or anyone otherwise they wouldn't want me to hurt myself or try causing me distress, because that would be unfair to my daughter, who they just barely met. They were just doing what Mrs. Meek wanted them to do after she received the lame ruling regarding my lawsuit, which was the only thing that stopped this from happening. (Thanks alot Corsones you fucking tool.) That's just more of your tax dollars wasted, because I do plan on filing for reconsideration.

I will also be filing for contempt and to modify PRR each time Ashley isn't at a pickup, which will cost you $100 each time I file. Thanks for your money, because of this lame system excusing this situation to continue.

Like I said, within the past month, I have already used $1000 of your taxes, because this stupid fuckup of a system supports psychopaths and excuses lies. I've probably used at least $10,000 of your taxes, at least, and that's not counting the bullshit with Ashley's other friend stalking me and falsely accusing me.

This is exactly why I won't even try looking for work right now, because I won't pay much, if anything, to a system filled with jesters on the bench.
