My campaign for State Senate '08 was my first run for anything really, aside from my failed attempt to get on the ballot for governor due to rookie mistakes. The total is good, so don't feel your vote was somehow wasted, because it encourages me to run again and with a stronger campaign.

When I did this, I did not expect to win. My reason for running, which seemed to be completely missed by the Channel 3 News and the AP, was to try to expose the abuse of my daughter, and the injustice I have experienced, but they only cared about putting a spin on "Sex Offender Runs For State Senate," not person was falsely accused and wrongfully violated/ convicted as a result--yanked out of college, put in jail, and lost grants as well.

This person even recently falsely accused me on October 20, 2008 on the heels of an appeal for custody of my daughter. This person, the only reason I have a disgusting label, is friend's with my daughter's mother and lied to me about her age, and there are now over 4 different versions of 2002 from her.

I did tell Channel 3 and the AP about this as well, but did they report that?

Hopefully next election we can do it, without my label, and with more successful Supreme Court arguments, two already, and other things under my belt.

If I don't win my next couple of arguments, then something is really wrong with the "justice" system, and I hope more people look beyond what the system says and do research, rather than people like Pearse Corcoran just saying they "heard" something about me.

Read what happened on my site. I have things on this site that are before the courts, or have been, and my daughter continues to be abused, and the false reports continue, because the system and the law teach that it's okay to lie.

'It is against the law for a person to have sex with a person under the age of 16, even if they lie about their age.'

So this person lied to me in 2002; stalked me and filed false reports on me in 2005, which I did tell the news at the time, but they didn't care, "Sex Offender Violates Conditions with "Victim."" That would have been a big story, if it was true. It wasn't true, but I was violated for it anyway, and now, like I said, this person recently filed more false reports. Does the system just encourage lying?

These are not grey areas, but there are so many people and corporations ("Corrections" Corporation of America) who profit off making things just black and white, and judges who do not fully inform jurors. You have a right to vote your conscience. You have a right to say a person is not guilty, even if the law says otherwise. These are your rights as jurors--jury nullification, otherwise jurors would just be puppets. Go to the Fully Informed Juror's Association's website to learn more.

Over 3,000 of you voted for me, because I was allowed to present my case, and a judge wasn't telling you that you can only vote by what the law says.
